Heirloom Circle Member Spotlight: Connie and Charlie

“People helped my family all our lives,” recalls Connie, whose mother worked hard to provide for her family but often had to choose between paying utility bills or buying groceries. The family made it through with support from their community. Today Connie and Charlie have been supporting Food Bank of the Rockies for more than 20 years. They’ve also planned a gift to Food Bank of the Rockies in their will. “I’m glad to be in a place where I can help other families because I can’t imagine anything worse than not being able to feed your children. Families facing food insecurity are already dealing with so much. They shouldn’t have to worry about where their next meal is coming from.”
